An exercise class suitable for a variety of abilities. You do as much or as little as you can at your own pace.
Working on cardiovascular fitness, light strengthening with some balance and co-ordination exercises.
Led by Rachel Andrews, qualified Level 3 Exercise Instructor.
This is a weekly session, not a course – book your place to come as often as you can.
