Nutrition – What it means to eat well
Eating a healthy, balanced diet is an important part of maintaining good health, and can help you feel your best. During these sessions, you will find out more about eating well to live well.
Come and join other like-minded people and just have fun learning to eat well and feel good. There is lots of time for questions, socialising and finding mutual support.
The 2018 sessions will focus on nutrition and cancer. The topics for the 2019 sessions are yet to be confirmed.
