Help to find that quiet space in your life
The class is available to all no matter what your age or physical abilities. If you struggle to get onto the floor and up again then you can still do Yoga using a chair.
Enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the class, develop your suppleness, learn breathing and relaxation techniques as well as meditation to help relax the body and mind.
Early session 9.30am-10.30am. A later session (11am-12noon) is available twice a month.
