‘You don’t need any previous writing experience, nor do you need to read aloud anything you have written – whatever you write is right for you!’
Many people have already discovered the power of literature and creative writing, especially when facing loss, change, or coping with other life-challenges. Whether seeking new perspectives on difficult issues or looking to unleash your creative spirit, research shows that writing is good for you.
